Q: What are the bed configurations?
A:
Please see the floor plan below. There is a Queen bedroom on the first floor, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa on the first floor in the living room. The second floor has four bedrooms - three Queens and two Twins. The third floor has three bedrooms - one Full and six Twins. One of the bedrooms has a trundle and a separate twin. The other 3rd floor bedroom has bunk beds and a separate twin.

Q: How close are you to the beach?
A: As shown below, Holly Haven House is about 500 feet from the beach.

Q: How many people can you accommodate at Holly Haven House?
A: We offer sleeping arrangements for 20 adults. Accommodating more than 20 people is strictly prohibited.

Q: Do you offer linen service?
A: No, we do not provide linens and towels. The beds are equipped with blankets or quilts and pillows with shams. Our guests must provide their own       sheets, pillowcases, and towels. There are 3rd-party linen service providers in the area who you may be able to find on Google.

Q: Do you offer off street parking?
A: Yes, we have room for at least 4 - 6+ cars in the parking space provided behind the house. It depends on how creative you can be when parking. ;) There are also parking spaces available on the street without restriction. If you snag a spot on the street, you may leave it there for the duration of your stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. 

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, because some of our guests may be allergic to animals, we cannot accommodate pets. There are no exceptions.

Q: Do you provide wireless Internet access?
A: Yes, we provide wireless Internet. The code may be found on the interior door of the cabinet that holds the television in the living room.

Q: How many televisions do you have?
A: There are a total of four televisions. One is in the living room, one in the 1st floor bedroom, one in a second floor bedroom, and another in another second floor bedroom. Each television is equipped with a DVD player.

Q: Do you offer Netflix or free movies and entertainment?
A: The living room flat screen TV is equipped with Google Chrome Cast which allows you to project your own Netflix movies from your smartphone or laptop to the living room HD TV. Chrome Cast can be used to watch almost anything that you can bring up on your laptop's Chrome Browser including Hulu, ESPN, your home cable provider's On-Demand movies, etc...

There is a "Red Box" movie rental kiosk located at the Acme supermarket approximately 5 miles north of our home. We also have a portable Sony Bluetooth/Aux/IPod cradle with super nice bass. For the more traditional, we have a stash of board games and playing cards.

Q: Are beach badges provided?
A: Yes, we provide 8 beach badges. Adults 65 and older as well as children 12 and under do not require beach badges.

Q: Do you provide beach chairs?
A: Our guests are welcomed to use our family's beach chairs, toys, equipment, etc.. However, please feel free to bring your own, and there are plenty of rental facilities and stores that sell beachy things on the Island as well. 

Q: Is an outdoor grill provided?
A: Yes, we have two outdoor gas grills on the east lawn. We also provide extra propane tanks so you will not run out of gas while grilling. Please note, it is against the law in the Historic District of Beach Haven to grill on the porch of the building.

Q: Do you offer off-peak rates? If so, what weeks are considered off-peak?
A: Yes, in any year off peak is usually considered anytime to the last few weeks of June through Labor Day Weekend. The most popular off peak rates will be listed on the "Rates and Availability" page. Please call us for other off peak rates
